Viewfield House is available all year round with weekly lets running from Saturday to Saturday.✝
Short breaks are a minimum of 2 nights, and are charged at 50% of the weekly rate. Additional nights are charged at 10% of the weekly rate.

In 2011, the Christmas weekly break will run from Friday 23rd to Friday 30th to allow you more time to prepare for Christmas Day.

✝ While weekly breaks normally begin on a Saturday, this will be adjusted at Christmas and New Year to allow guests more time to prepare around Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. In 2011, the Christmas weekly break will run from Friday 23rd to Friday 30th. For this reason we cannot offer a full weekly let on week commencing Sat 17th December 2011
Special and Promotional Offers
All offers are subject to availability and must be obtained by following specific offer terms and conditions. Offers cannot be obtained prior to, or following, the promotional period. In the majority of cases, only one offer will apply and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Arrival and Departure Times
Guests are kindly asked to arrive after 4:00 pm on the day of arrival, and to depart by 10:00 am on the day of departure. Please notify us if you will be arriving later than 6:00 pm on the day of arrival. Unless we are previously notified, you must claim your accommodation by 8:00 am on the day after your holiday was due to start, otherwise we will treat your booking as cancelled. Any early entry or late check out times must be agreed in advance.
Payments
Payment is accepted by cheque, debit or credit card. A provisional booking will be held for 7 days and cancelled thereafter if the deposit has not been paid.
A 25% deposit is deducted from the full amount due to secure your booking. Bookings made within 8 weeks of the holiday start date must be paid in full. Full balance payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. The balance due date will be shown on your booking confirmation. Please note that balance reminders will not be sent. If the balance is not received by the due date then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation. Please keep your final payment confirmation safe and present it on arrival.
We guarantee that once you have made your booking and paid a deposit we will not increase your holiday price unless you make a change to the booking. Prices advertised are subject to change.
Inclusive in the Price
Electricity and gas, logs, bed-linen, towels & basic cleaning materials.
Booking Conditions Agreement
All bookings made with Viewfield Self Catering Holidays are subject to a “Booking Conditions Agreement”. This will come into force as soon as you place a deposit.
Babies and Toddlers
Equipment for babies and toddlers can be provided on request at no additional charge. This includes one cot, high chair and bath.
Special Requirements
If you have any other special requests regarding the holiday accommodation please contact us. We will endeavour to meet your requests, but we are very sorry that these cannot be guaranteed.
Dogs and Other Pets
To ensure the enjoyment of all guests using Viewfield House, we accept no dogs or pets other than assistance dogs for disabled guests.
